| Abstract: | This paper introduced the basic principle,characters and technical process of Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism(AFLP) molecular marker technique,sumarried its application to germ plasms and varieties identification and classification,genetic diversity,affinity establishment and genetic mapping of tea etc.The problems existing in AFLP and its prospect of application in tea plant are also analysed. |
