洋紫荆资源培育及其应用

洋紫荆属羊蹄甲属植物,为华南地区广泛应用于园林景观中的乡土树种,因具有极高的观赏和药用价值而广受重视。文章从洋紫荆基本现状、资源培育和生产应用等角度出发,简述了洋紫荆生物学特性、种子繁殖、无性繁殖、栽培技术、观赏价值以及药用价值等方面的研究进展,并进一步探讨了洋紫荆资源培育和开发过程中亟待解决的种质资源收集和良种选育、快速繁殖、定向培育以及开发利用等方面的问题。

Cultivation of Bauhinia variegata and Its Application

Bauhinia variegata, a native species widely applied in the landscaping in the South China, has drawn wide attention because of its high ornamental and medicinal values. The paper reviewed the research progress in the biological characteristics, seed propagation, clone, transplanting techniques, ornamental value and medicinal value from the perspectives of current situation, cultivation, and application of B. variegata. The paper also discussed the problems that are urgently needed to be solved in the process of B. variegata cultivation and development including germplasm resource collection and excellent seed selection and breeding, fast propagation, oriented cultivation and utilization.
