| 摘 要： | 基于对谷子主产区中谷子种植、加工、销售情况的实地调研，了解了谷子种植户和加工企业对于政策方面的需求，运用SPSS统计软件对数据进行统计分析，发现目前我国谷子产业发展现状不容乐观。因此，从加强政策实效性、建立专项资金、加大科技支撑、鼓励机械化种植等4个方面提出了推进谷子产业发展的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on field investigation of planting, processing and marketing in millet main producing area, the demands of millet farmers and processing enterprises in polices were studied. Using SPSS software to analyze, it was foundt that the development status of millet industry in China is not promising. Several suggestions for promoting millet industry development were put foward from aspects of enhancing the effectiveness of policy, setting up a special fund, strengthening science and technology support, advocating mechanization planting. |
