| 摘 要： | 阐述了三峡库区是一个特殊的人地关系地域系统,及正确认识三峡库区土地开发整理的特殊战略意义。针对三峡库区土地开发整理模式的特殊性,提出以下对策:以土地整理为主,适度开发未利用地;大力提高土地生产力,适度控制新增耕地率;提高建设标准,适度增加投资力度。

| Abstract: | Three-Gorge Reservoir area in Chongqing is a special human-nature regional system.It is necessary to know exactly the special strategic significance of land development and regulation in Three-Gorge Reservoir area.The land development and exploitation should be principally and properly regulated for the improvement of great productivity of the land based the control of cultivated land. The peculiarity of the patterns of land development and regulation in Three-Gorge Reservoir area was expressed. |
