盐胁迫下苜蓿品种的生理特性变化

摘    要:研究选取国内外较耐盐的10个苜蓿品种,进行了耐盐性试验及其耐盐性生理指标(细胞膜透性、丙二醛和游离脯氨酸含量、株高、鲜重和干重)的测定.各指标的综合分析结果表明:龙苜、wl323为1级,耐盐性最强;其次是青睐、劳博、宁苜为2级,耐盐性较强;创新、苜蓿王为3级,耐盐性中等;保丰、中苜为4级,耐盐性较差;皇后为5级,耐盐性最差.

Abstract:In order to select the alfalfa variety of salt resistant for the trans-gene alfalfa,the experi ment had been carried onandthe physiological target(blade cell membrane penetrability,MDA,proline content,growthquantity,fresh weight,dry weight)were meatured with10 salt-resistent alfalfa varietyto determine.Result showed variety Long Mu,Wl323 was strongest insalt-resistent forlevel 1;nextis QingLai,LaoBo,NingMuforlevel 2;ChuangXin,MuXuWangforlevel 3;BaoFeng,ZhongMufor level 4;HuangHou was worst for level 5.
