| 摘 要： | 禾本科牧草与草坪草在可持续农业发展、城市绿化、生态保护等方面起着至关重要的作用。近年来，随着生物技术的发展，国内外转基因牧草及草坪草育种研究也取得了明显进展。本文结合笔者多年的科研实践，总结了近年来禾本科牧草及草坪草在遗转转化体系优化上的研究结果，并对利用转基因技术提高其抗病、抗虫、抗除草剂等生物胁迫，以及抗旱、耐盐等非生物胁迫方面的研究进行了综述。同时，分析了禾本科牧草与草坪草转基因研究在安全性和稳定性上存在的问题，并对其今后的研究进行了展望。
