摘    要:摘要:试验在40℃的低温条件下,以三氯氧磷为交联剂,聚乙二醇(PEG)为催化剂制备马铃薯淀粉磷酸双酯。在单因素试验基础上,选取PEG、三氯氧磷和pH三个因素做正交试验,以优化制备工艺。结果表明:当稳定剂用量为0.1%、三氯氧磷用量为0.05%、pH为10时所制备的马铃薯淀粉磷酸双酯的粘度为3400cp,酯化度为0.42。

Abstract:In roder to enhance the quality of Phosphodiesterase (PDE) of potato starch and slow dowm the energy consumption of production,the low temperature-40℃,POCL 3 and PEG were used to fabrica PDE of potato starch.The results showed that the viscosity and degree of esterification on PDE of potato starch was 3400 cp and 0.42 respectively under the conditions which adding stabilizer 0.1%,POCL 3 0.05% and pH 10.
