柑桔果实主要性状的遗传倾向研究

摘    要:
对10个柑桔杂交组合F1代768个株系的果实主要性状进行了3~5年的测定和统计分析,研究和探讨了柑桔果实性状的遗传倾向。结果表明,果实大小、果形、果实的可溶性固形物、糖、酸和Vc含量均为多基因控制的数量性状,呈连续性变异。F1代果实大小主要为趋小变异,果形主要呈趋中变异,果实可溶性固形物含量具有很强的超高亲优势,糖含量主要为超高亲或趋中变异,酸含量主要为趋酸变异。Vc含量遗传分布则较为分散,但其超高亲和超低亲后代频率均较高。由于酸含量的增高,F1代果实固/酸比值呈趋低变异。

Abstract:
768 seedlings of 10 citrus cross combinations were used to study the inheritance trends of important fruit characters for 3-5 years.The result indicated that fruit size,shape,the content of total soluble solids(TSS),sugar,acid and vitamin C of F_1 were quantitative characters with succession variance.As concerning F_1,the fruit size trended mainly to be smaller,fruit shape appeared mainly intermediate inheritance or to be oblate.The content of TSS had a notable inheritance tendency with ultra-high parent,sugar content trended to be high or intermediate and acid had a tendency with higher in this test.Vitamin C contents of F_1 appeared to be dispersive,however,both proportion of ultra-high and ultra-low parent were higher.Most of F_1 had a lower ratio of TSS/acid due to acid content increasing.
