新形势下农业院校人才培养模式探析

人才培养模式是生产人才的工艺,对学生的发展提高具有很重要的意义。结合天津农学院的教学改革实际,提出在新形势下要采用更新教育观念,加强民族文化教育,培养高尚的精神追求;加强通识教育,实施宽口径专业教育;加强实践教学,注重能力培养的人才培养模式,并探讨了实施该模式的保障措施。

Exploration on Training Pattern of Talents in Agricultural Universities under New Situation

The training pattern of talents is the technique to cultivate talents,which is of important significance for the development of students.According to the teaching reform practice of Tianjin Agricultural Universityt,he talent cultivation mode following below should be adopted under new situation,that is,renewing the educational ideas,enhancing the education of national culture,culturing higher pursuit of spirit,intensifying the education of all knowledges,carrying on versatile speciality education,reinforcing practice teaching and emphasizing the ability culture.Also,the ensuring measures to execute the pattern are discussed.
