车辆转向梯形机构的参数优化

摘    要:
通过理论分析计算推出了转向梯形机构的复演误差函数表达式,确定了以误差平方和最小为目标的优化目标函数,提出了以概率密度函数为加权系数函数的理念,结合实例,用正交法对目标函数的变化规律进行了研究,用Matlab的最小二乘法进行优化函数求解。通过优化前后性能曲线和误差分析数据结果的对比可以看出,本次优化的效果十分明显。

Abstract:
Through theory analysis, this paper establishes recapitulation error function of steering trapezium, builds up majorized object function whose object is minimum error sum of squares,presents the conception that frequency function acts as weight number function. Combined with examples, the author studies the variation rule of object function by orthogonal method and obtains solution of majorized function by least square method of Matlab. Comparing performance curves and the results of error analysis before and after optimization, the author finds that the optimization is very effective.
