| 摘 要： | 外膜蛋白是细胞膜的重要成分之一，在免疫方面的作用日益受到关注，对其深入研究可使开发有效的多杀性巴氏杆菌外膜蛋白疫苗成为可能，本文就多杀性巴氏杆菌概况、组成及具有免疫作用的外膜蛋白的特性进行综述，以期推动多杀性巴氏杆菌疾病的诊断和防治。 |

| Abstract: | Outer membrane protein is an important component of cell membranes,and its immune role is attracting much concern. The development of effective Pasteurella multocida outer membrane protein vaccine is possible due to deepening its study. In this paper,Pasteurella multocida proifle,composition and outer membrane proteins with immune action were reviewed in order to promote the prevention and diagnosis of Pasteurella multocida disease. |
