| 摘 要： | 选择420尾泥鳅进行氨氮急性毒性试验,随机分成7组,设有6个试验组和1个对照组,水温为(25±0.5)℃、pH值为8.3。结果表明:氨氮对泥鳅的24,48,72,96h的半致死浓度分别为45.81,34.58,33.40,31.31mg·L-1,安全浓度为3.13mg·L-1;非离子氨对泥鳅的24,48,72,96h的半致死浓度分别为4.67,3.53,3.41,3.19mg·L-1,安全浓度为0.319mg·L-1。

| Abstract: | 420 loaches were divided into 7 groups (6 experiment groups and 1 control group) randomly for acute toxic effect of ammonia nitrogen.The results showed that the LC50 of ammonia nitrogen in 24,48,72,96 h were 45.81,34.58,33.40,31.31 mg·L-1at the water temperature of(25±0.5) ℃ and pH of 8.3, the safe con-centrations of ammonia nitrogen was 3.13 mg·L-1.The LC50 of non-ionic ammonia in 24,48,72,96 h were 4.67 ,3.53,3.41 ,3.19 mg·L-1, the safe concentrations of ammonia nitrogen was 0.319 mg·L-1. |
