箭叶淫羊藿总黄酮水提法提取工艺的研究

摘    要:
对箭叶淫羊藿中总黄酮进行水提取,以淫羊藿甙为对照,用紫外分光光度法在270nm处测定淫羊藿总黄酮含量,通过正交试验确定淫羊藿总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果显示,2%Na2CO3水溶液,15倍量,提取3次,每次1.5h,淫羊藿总黄酮的提取率为97.92%,该工艺简便、可行、生产成本低,可供工业化生产参考。

Abstract:
To optimize the extraction procedure of the total flavonoids from Epimedium sagittatum Maxin, Extraction procedure was screened by orthogonal test according to the content of the total flavonoids which was measured through UV spectrophotometry at 270 nm using Icariin as control.The results showed that the optimized extraction procedure was as follows 2% Na2CO3, 15 times volume of the weight of the dried material, extraction 1.5 h for 3 times. The extracting ratio of total flavonoids was 97.92%. The procedure was so simple and feasible that it can be used as reference of production.
