| Abstract: | The definition and characteristics of SNP molecular marker the progress of SNP molecular technology research in maize were both introduced in this paper. Analysis of genetic diversity, analysis of genetic basis, and the index based research, the application profiles of molecular marker assisted background selection and cultivar identification on the basis of SNP molecular marker were presented. The results provide theoretical and technical support for the development of maize molecular breeding. |
