摘    要:建立了四味健蚕增茧液中总黄酮含量测定的方法。以硝酸铝、亚硝酸钠和氢氧化钠为显色剂,利用其与四味健蚕增茧液中黄酮类物质生成红色铝螯合物,以芦丁作为对照品,在510nm波长处进行比色测定,通过吸收度计算得到四味健蚕增茧液中总黄酮的含量。总黄酮稀释后浓度在8.64~129.6μg/mL范围内,吸收度与黄酮含量呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.999 7),平均回收率为98.07%;标准差为2.42%。该法结果稳定,重现性好,可作为四味健蚕增茧液中总黄酮含量的测定方法。

Abstract:A method for accurately determining the total flavonoid content in Siwei Jiancan Zengjian Ye was developed. AINO3, NaNO2, NaOH were chosen as the chromogenic agents for its chelating property with flavonoids, forming characteristic red flavonoid chelate aluminum. The absorbance at 510 nm wavelength was then measured and compared with rutin as the reference standard in order to determine the total flavonoid content in the sample. The results demonstrated good linear relationship between absorbance and concentrationof total flavonoid within the range of 8.64- 129.6 μg/mL, with average recovery rate of 98.07% ,RSD of 2.42%. This method was consistent and reproducible, and can be used to determine the total flavonoid content in Siwei Jiancan Zengjian Ye.
