| 摘 要： | 本研究以胚胎发育指数（ＰＦ值：胚长／种子长）大于０．５的未成熟胚和成熟胚的为外植株，在几种培养基上培养，获得也愈伤组织，中间体和再生植株，同时获得由胚生长的君子兰的小分蘖株。

| Abstract: | Acquired callus ,intermediate tissue and regenerative plant on several mediums which different formula,mature embryo and unmature embryo which embryo growth index(value of PF,embryo length/seed length)>0.5 as emplant.Meanwhile,gained small tiller of the seeding from mature embryo.On the basis,set forth some opinions on some questions of kaffirlily speed multiply in this paper. |
