基于层次分析法的北海市城市土地集约利用评价研究

在分析北海市土地利用现状的基础上,采用层次分析法,从影响城市土地利用的因素出发,选择土地集约利用的基础条件、土地投入强度、土地利用程度、土地利用效益4个准则层,建立了适合北海市城市土地集约利用的评价指标体系,并对北海市2009年的土地集约利用分值进行了测度,结果表明:北海市城市土地利用处于基本集约的状态,但土地集约利用内部因素存在较大差异。

Assessment of Urban Land Intensive Utilization of Beihai City Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

By using the analytic hierarchy process,this paper established the assessment index system,which is suitable for the evaluation of the land intensive utilization of Beihai city,from the following four criterion layers: the basic conditions of land intensive utilization,land input intensity,land utilization degree and land utilization benefit.This system was also used to measure the score of land intensive utilization of Beihai city in 2009,the results indicated that the land utilization of Beihai city was at basically intensive level,but there were relatively large differences among the internal factors of land intensive utilization.
