| 摘 要： | 采用定量分析的方法,以《法学研究》（2008年—2009年）的147篇载文为研究对象,从载文和作者两方面入手,对载文来源单位、载文来源地区、载文来源类型、作者合作情况、作者职称分布以及核心作者分布情况进行了统计和分析,从中总结了一些规律,为法学领域研究的发展提供依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we adapt quantitative analysis method t study 147 papers in Chinese Journal of Law from 2008 to 2009 and to statistic and analyze the papers and authors of it,mainly includes unit of paper＇s source,regions of paper＇ source,types of paper＇s source,situations of authors＇ cooperation,distribution of author＇s title and distribution of the core authors,and then sum up some rules for supporting basis for the development of legal research field. |
