| Abstract: | The application of random amplified polymorphism DNA(RAPD) to aspects of cultivar identification and classification, pedigree analysis, genetic map construction, hybrid identification, mutant detection, gene localization in genetics and breeding of horticultural plants was introduced. Also, problems and practical prospects of this technology were discussed. |
