| 摘 要： | 研究获得了次郎甜柿成熟胚下胚轴再生的不定植株。在大量元素铵盐减半的ＭＳ培养基上附加玉米素１．５ｍｇ／Ｌ，ＩＡＡ０．０１ｍｇ／Ｌ，暗培养３周后转光培养，下胚轴不定梢再生率为３３．３％。不定梢在１／２ＭＳ＋ＩＢＡ０．３ｍｇ／Ｌ＋蔗糖２％的培养基上生根率为７８％。

| Abstract: | Adventitious plants regenerated from mature hypocotyls of persimmon cv. Jiro have been got,with the rate of shoots regenerated being 33.3% when cultured on the half NH4 of MS medium supplemented with zeatin 1.5mg/L,IAA 0.01mg/L for 3 weeks in the dark and then exposed to light,and with rooting rate being 78% when cultured on 1/2 MS IBA 0.3mg/L sucrose 2%. |
