中国农村最低生活保障标准问题的定量研究

中国是一个农业大国，农村人口占全国人口的80％，约为9亿．对于如此巨大群体，其最低生活保障问题则关系着社会的进步与稳定。经济的均衡发展，是当前各级政府重点解决的问题。农村最低生活保障制度的建立为缓解农村贫困提供了美好的蓝图，但有许多问题需要解决。其中，最低生活保障的标准怎么制定是一个关键问题，也是国际社会比较关注的焦点。文章分析目前学术界对农村最低生活保障线标准的研究及国际上测算最低生活保障线的方法，从计量经济模型的角度，探讨了最低保障线的制定方法。

Quantitative Study on Rural Minimum Living Security Standard in China

This article analyzes the current academic research on rural minimum living security line and international method estimated the minimum subsistence support line, from the perspective of an econometric model to explore the formulation of the minimum security line .
