对上海郊区甜椒上6株Phytophthora capsici形态与生理生化性状的研究

摘    要:作者观察了来自于上海郊区甜椒上的6株P.capsici的菌落形态、孢子囊特征。对6株病菌孢子囊的大小、最高生长温度、对孔雀石绿的敏感性、在含有酪氨酸的培养基上能否产生色素、利用硝态氮和淀粉的能力等生理生化性状进行了测定和研究。

Abstract:Phytophthora capsici is a important pathogen to sweet pepper in Shan- ghai Suburbs. It produces a lot of sporangia, shuttlelike, ellipsoidal, on carrot agar or in water. It has resistans to malachite green, when the concentration of malachite green in PDA is 1 ppm it begins to grow. It can not only utilize nitratenitrogen as the only nitrogen source, but also starch as the only carbon source. It produces visible brown coloration in the medium which containscasein hydrolysate-tyrosine. Its maximum growth temperation is between 34-37℃.
