盘龙河水沙输移特性及影响因素研究

摘    要:研究了盘龙河自1951年以来的水沙输移特性与影响因素。结果表明:尽管盘龙河径流量在1951—2003年期间没有明显的变化趋势,从1951年起流域内也修建了大量拦蓄泥沙的水库与水电站,但河流输沙量仍然呈现出持续增加的趋势,这主要与当地森林植被破坏、耕地面积扩大和工程建设中任意排放废弃土等人类活动密切相关。盘龙河输沙率持续增大是当地生态恶化的一种征兆,应该引起相关部门的足够重视并采取相应的防治对策。

Abstract:The paper studies the characteristics and the affecting factors of water and sediment transportation in Panlong River since 1951.The outcomes show that although there is no notable changes in runoff during the period of 1951—2003 and it has build numbers of reservoirs for sediment retaining and hydraulic power plants since 1951,the sediment discharge of the river still shows the tendency of continuous increase.That is mainly related to human activities of destroying forest vegetation,enlarging cultivated areas and emission wasted soil during construction.The continuous increase of sediment transport rate of Panlong River is a sign of worsening of local ecology which should attract a great attention by related departments and adopt relevant countermeasures for prevention and control.
