摘    要:根据高速视频处理产品的PCB(印刷电路板)布线要求,结合实际电路仿真条件和总线布线特点,通过建立三线Ⅱ型串扰电路模型,在对容性耦合和感性耦合产生后向串扰进行一般性分析的基础上,进一步分析了回流面积、延迟时间对后向串扰的影响,提出了新的时域优化模型和几种减小串扰的方法,并为实际布线给出一种较好的Y型拓扑结构、基于Hyperlynx对后向串扰的仿真验证了该模型和方法的正确性.

Abstract:Based on the requirement of PCB layout for high speed video production, and combined with the characteristics of real circuit simulation and bus routing, this paper addresses the backward crosstalk generated by inductive coupling and capacitive coupling by building the 3-II crosstalk model, and analyzes the influence of loop area and delay time on backward crosstalk. A new optimized time domain model and several methods for reducing crosstalk are then proposed with a better Y topology for PCB layout. It indicates by simulating in Hyperlynx that the model and methods described can achieve a better practical waveform of crosstalk, which shows the validity of the new model and method.
