| 摘 要： | 对黄瓜棒孢叶斑病（褐斑病）在山东省的为害、症状特点、生物学特性以及病原菌的鉴定进行了研究。根据病原菌的形态特征和致病性，并结合其rDNA ITS区域的序列分析，将引起山东省黄瓜棒孢叶斑病的病原菌鉴定为多主棒孢霉〔Corynespora cassiicola(Berk & Curt)Wei.〕。室内测定和田间防治试验结果表明，43 %戊唑醇悬浮剂和33.5 %喹啉铜悬浮剂对黄瓜棒孢叶斑病的防治效果可达90.49 %。

| Abstract: | Cucumber target leaf spot is a serious disease in greenhouse in Shandong province.Based on its pathogen characteristics of morphology,pathogenicity and sequence analysis of the internal transcribed spacer region of the ribosomal DNA(ITS),the pathogen arousing cucumber target leaf spot in Shandong province was identified as Corynespora cassiicola(Berk &; Curt)Wei.The disease could be effectively controlled by tebuconazole and oxine copper in bioassay and field trial.The control effect to cucumber target leaf spot is 90.49 %. |
