荔枝纳米保鲜剂研究及应用进展

摘    要:对荔枝纳米保鲜剂的研究进展进行了系统的综述,并重点探讨了纳米二氧化钛保鲜机理和应用前景。纳米二氧化钛在光激发下产生活性基团可以降解荔枝采后贮藏时释放的乙烯气体,并且能破坏表面滋生的细菌细胞膜,从而导致细菌死亡,提高荔枝保鲜效果,延长荔枝保鲜时间。

Abstract:The paper summarized the research progress of the keeping fresh nano-materials for lichi.The mechanism and application of keeping fresh of nano TiO2 were discussed in detail,respectively.The obtained reactive oxygen species produced by the irradiation of light can degrade the ethylene molecules and destroy the cell membranes and kill them finally.The keeping fresh of lich was improved effectively.
