钾肥对春玉米籽粒建成与品质形成影响的研究

摘    要:以掖单13为材料,在其授粉后,定期测定钾肥区和对照区籽粒鲜重、干重、体积、水分及粗脂肪、粗蛋白质、淀粉、可溶糖等营养成分含量.建立了钾肥区和对照区的数学模型.籽粒干重、鲜重的累积过程用Logistic方程定量的表达.籽粒体积,含水量变化用一元三次式方程反映较好,而籽粒粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、淀粉的形成过程符合倒数方程.二者变化规律相同,但籽粒和营养成分形成强度不同.钾肥可显著提高籽粒灌浆速率,成熟期,使籽粒百粒干重增长1.66克.钾肥能显著提高籽粒中粗蛋白质、淀粉、还原糖、水溶性糖、蔗糖含量,成熟时,钾肥区比对照分别提高8.8%、2.4%、33.3%、29.6%、81.5%.证明钾是名副其实的“

Abstract:The studied material was CV.Yedan No.13.The fresh weight,dry weight,volume of seed and the content of water,crude fat,crude protein,starch,soluble carbohydrate in seed and other nutrient composition was regularly determined,and established their mathematical models on both potassium fertilizer and no applying.The accumulation process of fresh and dry weight of seed is simulated well by the logistic equation.The volume of seed and the content of water in seed fits the equation:Y=a bx cx 2 dx 3.The formalive process of crude protein,crude fat,starch in seed fits the equation;Y=(A Bt)/t.The variable regularity of seed and quality formative law is similar,but their rates are different.Potassium fertilizer can significantly increase the laden rate,and in maturation period,the dry weight of one hundred seeds is increased by 1.66 gram.Potassium fertilizer can significantly increase the content of crude protein,crude starch,reducing sugar,soluble carbohydrate,sucrose,and in maturation period,it is increased by 8.8,2.4,33.3,29.6,81.5 per cent,respectively.It was proved that potassium is the worthy of the name of "quality element".
