| Abstract: | The paper puts forward the measures for promoting rural development by improving the quality of village cadres after analyzing the current situation of village cadres'quality and restrictive factors for enhancing village cadres'quality.The measures include setting up a series of management systems for selection,training,assessment,encouragement and guarantee. |
