| 摘 要： | 毛细管电泳免疫分析(CEIA)是结合毛细管的分离技术和特异性免疫分析技术而发展起来的一种新型的分析技术.因其较常规免疫分析方法具有很多的优越性,在许多分析领域都有所应用,特别是药物和蛋白质检测中.文章根据不同的分离模式,简述了毛细管电泳免疫分析技术在药物检测中的应用现状,并对其在兽药残留检测中应用前景予以展望.

| Abstract: | Capillary electrophoresis immunoassay(CEIA) is the combination of specific immunoassay with modern capillary electrophoresis,which has become a new analytical technique recently to carry out immunologic reactions in CE with superior separation.Because of many advantages comparing with conventional immunoassay methods,various applications have been conducted,especially in the field of determination for protein and medicine.This review described the applications of CEIA in drug determination nowadays by different separat modes,and its future use in veterinary drug residue detection. |
