野生猕猴桃杂交后代雄性优株花粉质量鉴定

摘    要:对前期保存并选出的与红阳猕猴桃花期适配、花径较大的8株野生猕猴杂交实生后代雄株优株,测定了花粉量、花粉活力、花粉萌发率等指标。结果表明,Y35花粉量大但花粉活力与萌发率较低;Y7的花粉量适中且花粉活力与萌发率较高,可作为进一步深入研究和筛选优良雄性品种的重点对象,其他优株各指标较差,不适宜作为授粉品种。

Abstract:Eight male of wild kiwifruit hybrid progeny with large flower diameter and the same florescence as Hongyang kiwifruit were selected in the early stage.In this study,the pollen quantity,vigor,germination rate of these plants were detected.The results showed that Y35 produced a lot of pollen,but the pollen vigor and germination rate were low.Y7 produced a moderate amount of pollen,and it’s pollen vigor and germination rate were high,which could be used as the critical germplasm resource for further research and superior male breeding material.And other superior plants were not suitable for pollination because of their poor indexes.
