摘    要:常温干燥贮藏是植物种质资源保存的重要方式之一。研究表明,在常温干燥条件下,经过近12年的保存,花生不同类型种质的品质成分发生不同程度的变化,其中蛋白质和粗脂肪含量整体呈降低趋势,油酸含量总体升高,亚油酸含量降低,棕榈酸含量类型间变化不同,但变化幅度均不大。长期贮藏对不同类型花生种子活力影响差异显著,半直立普通型品种基本不受影响,发芽率在90%以上,其余类型种子活力变化幅度不同,除龙生型和中间型外均保持了40%以上的发芽率,说明常温密闭保存和低于8%的含水量对种子活力有较好的保持作用。

Abstract:Dry and common temperature storage is one of the main storage methods of plant germplasms.The purpose of this trial was to observe the changes of peanut seed components after 12 years storage.Results showed that,under 8% moisture content and common temperature storage condition,various changes presented in seed components of different type peanut germplasms.Protein and fat contents tended to decrease,but contents of oleic acid and leinoleic acid had reverse results,and palmitic acid showed irregular tendency with little change range.In addition,the characteristics of peanut seed vigor changed distinctly.Results showed that long term storage had little effect on var.hypogaea which had more than 90% germination rate,but had significant effect on var.fastigiata and irregular type.The other kind of peanut germplasms had different change but all had more than 40% germination rate.
