扁柏醇与托酚酮抑菌活性的初步研究

摘    要:采用滤纸片扩散法测定了扁柏醇和托酚酮对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)的抑菌圈直径、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC).结果表明,扁柏醇和托酚酮均对供试菌种有抑制作用,扁柏醇对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的MIC分别为300和100 μg/mL,MBC均为300μg/mL;托酚酮对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的MIC分别为100和50 μg/mL,MBC分别为300和100μg/mL.通过不同浓度的扁柏醇和托酚酮对供试菌的抑制作用比较,推测其活性基团为羟基和酮基.

Abstract:The inhibitory effect of hionkitiol and tropolone against Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis were determined using filter paper diffusion method.The results showed that all the tested strains were inhibited by hionkitiol and tropolone compounds.The MIC of hionkitiol on E.coli and B.subtilis were 300 μg/mL,100 μg/mL,respectively.The MBC of hionkitiol on E.coli and B.subtilis were 300 μg/mL.The MIC of tropolone on E.coli and B.subtilis were 100 μg/mL,50 μg/mL,respectively.The MBC of tropolone on E.coli and B.subtilis were 300 μg/mL,100 μg/mL,respectively.According to the antibacterial activety of hionkition and tropolone at different concentration compared,the inhibitory effect of tropolone was better than hionkitiol’s.And the hydroxyl and ketotone group were conjectured as active groups of the two compounds.
