摘    要:以中华圆田螺(Cipangopaludina cahayensis)为原料提取纤维素酶,采用均匀设计优化提取工艺,并采用硫酸铵沉淀法初步纯化酶液.结果表明,中华圆田螺纤维素酶提取最佳工艺为缓冲液pH 4.8、浸提时间12 min、离心时间24 min;采用饱和度45%的硫酸铵沉淀法纯化酶液,所得酶液的总酶活和比活力最高,分别为651.01 U和34.099 U/g.

Abstract:Cellulase was extracted from Cipangopaludina cahayensis.The extraction conditions was optimized by uniform design;and the cellulose extracted was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation.The results showed that the optimum conditions for cellulase extraction were buffer pH 4.8;extraction time,12 min;centrifugal time,24 min.And the best saturation of ammonium sulfate for enzyme purification was 45%,as the enzymatic activity and specific activity was 651.01 U and 34.099 U / g,respectively.
