Practice and Enlightenment of Constructing the Entity of Integration of Agriculture,Scientific Research and Education in Hubei Province

Strengthening the construction of the entity integrating agriculture,scientific research and education,is an important way to change the current agricultural and rural economic development mode,and to stimulate agricultural and rural economy development.Based on the case study on Academy-county Joinlly Counstructed Experts Compound initiated by Hubei academy of agriculture sciences,the main practices and effects of constructing the entity integrating agriculture,scientific research and education were elaborated,and the implications for constructing the entity integrating agriculture,scientific research and education from the aspects of organization and leadership,evaluation mechanism,grassroots resources and scientific research and extension were summarized.
