中药复方制剂对奶牛免疫机能的影响

摘    要:选取30头健康奶牛和30头隐性乳房炎奶牛进行中药复方制剂饲喂试验,对奶牛的B淋巴细胞EAC花环形成率、中性粒细胞吞噬率、中性粒细胞吞噬指数和T淋巴细胞转化率进行测定,观察中药复方制剂对奶牛免疫机能的影响.结果显示,健康奶牛的EAC花环形成率、中性粒细胞吞噬率、中性粒细胞吞噬指数、T淋巴细胞转化率均显著高于隐性乳房炎奶牛(P<0.01或P<0.05);中药复方制剂可以显著提高健康奶牛和隐性乳房炎奶牛的EAC花环形成率、中性粒细胞吞噬率、中性粒细胞吞噬指数、T淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.01或P<0.05).试验表明,中药复方制剂可以增强奶牛机体的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能,促使隐性乳房炎奶牛免疫机能的恢复.

Abstract:30 healthy and 30 dairy cows with subclinical mastitis were selected and fed with Chinese traditional compound medicine preparation to observe its influence on the immune function of dairy cow.The EAC-Rosette formation rate of B lymphocyte,leukocyte phagocytic rate,leukocyte phagocytic index,and T lymphocyte transformation rate were detected.The results showed that the EAC-Rosette formation rate of B lymphocyte,leukocyte phagocytic rate,leukocyte phagocytic index and T lymphocyte transformation rate of healthy dairy cows were all significantly higher than those of dairy cows with subclinical mastitis(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and were significantly increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05) both in healthy cows and subclinical mastitis cows by feeding Chinese traditional compound medicine preparation.It was indicated that the Chinese traditional compound medicine preparation could increase the humoral immunity and cellular immunity of dairy cows,and enhance the immune recovery of cows with subclinical mastitis.
