摘    要:宁夏南部山区马铃薯淀粉生产加工过程产生大量有机废水,为保证生产的安全和稳定,其废水循环利用工艺提出对设备工艺参数实施监控.根据马铃薯淀粉废水处理工艺的特点,通过分析过程操作原理,对其废水蒸发回收设备进行了控制系统分析;结合PLC和MCGS的功能和工业应用特点,设计了PLC控制系统的上位机监控,并讨论了利用MCGS实现上位机与PLC之间的接口与通信的方法.设计完成的监控系统满足工艺要求,通过上位机与PLC之间的接口与通信实现了对工艺参数的监控,扩展了MCGS的应用领域.

Abstract:The potato starch production process produced large amounts of organic waste-water in south of Ningxia.In order to ensure the security and stability of production,monitoring the equipment process parameters was proceeded for the wastewater recycling process.According to the characteristics of potato starch wastewater treatment process,the control system of recycling equipment for waste water evaporation was analyzed by analyzing the process principle of operation.Based on functions and characteristics of industrial applications of PLC and MCGS,the controlled interface of the PLC control system was designed.The method of the contact and communication between the upper computer and PLC were also studied.It showed that the controlled interface could meet the technical requirements,which realized the monitoring of process parameters by the communication between the upper computer and PLC,and also the application area of MCGS was expanded.
