甜菜抗(耐)从根病生理基础的研究(Ⅳ)——氨基酸与甜菜抗丛根病的关系

摘    要:通过比较生理学研究表明,丛根病病毒侵染甜菜后引起了体内氨基酸总量及各种氨基酸代谢的改变。以无病地为对照,病地上各品种叶丛和根中总氨基酸量及各氨基酸相对含量较高;抗病品种较感病品种块根和叶丛中均有相对较高的ASP、SER、GLY、VAL、LYS、PRO,其中PRO增加明显,故这些氨基酸特别是PRO累积量可以作为病地选育的生理指标。病地较无病地上的各品种具有较强的氨基酸代谢,以及相对较多的氨基酸参与到植株抗病中去。

Abstract:The results showed that the total amino acids and the metbolism of all the Amino acids in sugar beet were changed after the sugar beet was affected with Rhizomania virus.The total amino acids and root of sugar beet varieties affected with Rhizomania virus were higher than that of contrast;the contents of Asp,Ser,Gly,Val,Lys,Pro in leaves and root of sugar beet varietise which are risistant to Rhizomania were higher than that of sugar beet varieties which are sensitive to Rhizomanin,particularly Pro,therefore,the accumulation amount of these amino acids,especially pro,can be used as physiological index to select Rhizomania risistance variteies.The metabolism of amino acids of sugar beet affected with Rhiromania virus was stronger than the contrast,and more amion acids contributed to plant risistance to Rhizomonia.
