摘    要:文章通过控制桂平市污泥处理厂中沼液多级好氧生化系统的曝气量,获得含游离亚硝酸(FNA)的短程硝化液并回流至有效容积为100 m3的中温厌氧反应器,与市政剩余污泥进行联合厌氧消化产沼气.试验结果表明:短程硝化液的加入可显著提高市政污泥中温厌氧消化产酸产气效率.当反应器中HNO2-N浓度为178 mg·L-1时,SCOD的...

Abstract:This article takes advantage of a current project,conducts a project-scale experiment in a residual sludge treatment plant in Guiping City.Produced by controlling the aeration in a multistage oxidation pool for biogas liquid,partial nitrification liquid flows back to a mesophilic anaerobic digestion reactor with effective volume of 100 m3,where biogas production from combined anaerobic digestion takes place.The results indicate that the participation of partial nitrification liquid can significantly improve production efficiency of acid and biogas in municipal sludge combined mesophilic anaerobic digestion.When the concentration of FNA is 178 mg·L-1in the reactor,the maximum content of SCOD increases to 1143 mg·L-1from 643 mg·L-1,the maximum content of VFA increases to 1368 mg·L-1from 768 mg·L-1,accumulated biogas production of 24 d increases to 710.7 m3from 598.26 m3,biogas production rate improves 18.8%.
