| 摘 要： | 海南高校图书馆特色数据库建设的工作起步较早,但是,经费投入有限,技术力量不足,相互重复现象比较严重。今后应该加强组织领导,实现资源共享;加强人才培养,为数据库建设提供保障;整合优化数据库资源,实现一站式服务;解决知识产权问题等,更好地为信息化时代网络条件下的高校教学与科研服务。

| Abstract: | The university libraries in Hainan started to construct special databases earlier.However,the repetition phenomenon is more or less serious because of limited funding and inadequate technology support.In future,we should strengthen cooperation and leadership in order to achieve resource sharing;strengthen personnel training to provide human resource support for the database construction;integrate and optimize database resource to achieve the one-stop service;resolve intellectual property issues to provide higher quality information service to support university education and research in the information age. |
