| 摘 要： | 从发展概况、建设模式、平台建设与资源整合、个性化服务、资金投入和人才队伍建设等6个方面,对国内经济发达地区政府网站信息资源建设与服务现状进行调研分析,并提出了若干值得关注的问题：政府信息资源建设与服务的开展、政府信息资源建设的技术支撑、政府信息资源的服务管理。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of the information resource construction and service of government websites in the developed Areas in China from the following six aspects：Development Situation,construction mode,platform construction and resource integration,personalized information service,Capital investment and talents construction etc.The author also brings up many problems worthy of attention as follows：carrying out the government information resource construction and service,the technical support of the government information resource construction,the management of the government information resource service. |
