竹编胶合板表面覆贴装饰工艺的研究

本文以一系列预备试验和正交试验，对竹编胶合板表面平整处理的填充材料、填平工艺路线及工艺参数的优化 进行了探索。在获得基材应有的表面质量后，用单张三聚氰胺浸渍装饰为覆贴材料，承预备试验所确定的因地制宜的工艺路线下，取正交实验法对覆贴工艺参数进行了优化选择。研究结果表明，经填平覆贴处理后的装饰竹编胶合板的各项质量指标可以达到木质基材覆贴装饰板的有关标准；从而，为提高竹编胶合板的应用档次和范围，提供了一条切实可行的途径。

A STUDY ON THE FINISHING TECHNOLOGY OF BAMBOO-WOVEN PLYWOOD

According to the requirements for surface quality of woodbased panels,this paper,by means of serial pre-experiments and orthogonal experiments,deals with the surface leveling treatment,the overlaying with single MF-macerated decorative paper for the rough bamboo-woven plywood in the choice of the filling materials,the processing route,the optimization of main technical parameters and etc.The results from both the laboratory and workshop show that the quality of this finished overlaid bamboo-woven plywood corresponds to that of overlaid wood- based plywood.All this provides the manufacturers in our country with a prac- tical and feasible way to raise the grade and to broaden the market of bamboo- woven plywood.
