| 摘 要： | 海韭2 号是以小黄苗雄性不育无性系为母本，以平韭的优良株系J-95-42 为父本，经过有性
杂交，连续多代优株筛选，优系混合授粉等育种过程育成的深休眠韭菜新品种。植株分蘖能力强，叶色深绿，
平均叶宽0.8 cm，平均单株质量6.7 g，可溶性糖含量1.58%，VC 含量310 mg·kg-1，粗纤维含量0.89%，
北京地区年收割4～5 刀，年产量11 000 kg·（667m2）-1 左右，适宜北京、河北和广东等地露地和早春保
护地栽培。

| Abstract: | ‘Haijiu No.2’is a new dormant Chinese chive cultivar derived from crossing a malesterile
line‘ Xiaohuangmiao’as female parent and a superior line‘ Pingjiu’J-95-42 as male parent
（the pollen donor）．This cultivar was bred by repeated selfing and selecting to pyramid multiple desirable
traits from both parents．The plant grows vigorously with dark green leaves，which is about 0.8 cm
in width. The average single plant weight is 6.7 g. The soluble sugar content is 1.58%．The VC content
is 310 mg·kg-1．The crude fiber content is 0.89%．The annual yield is about 165 t·hm-2．The plant
is suitable for open field cultivation and protected cultivation in early-spring in Beijing，Hebei and
Guangdong Provinces． |
