Eucalyptus artifical forests are one of the important source of fibre and timber production in the world.In recent years as the demand for the fibre of Eucalyptus has been increasing rapidly,especially,for paper pulp and middle density fibreboard,the requirements for the quantity and quality of woods are more higher and higher.Based on the summary of the planting experience on Eucalyptus urophylla industry raw material forests of short rotation in Zhangping several key technical techniques such as its spot selection,seedling preparation,land preparation,rational fertilization are presented.
