| 摘 要： | 对化学方法和质谱、核磁共振、高效毛细管电泳、原子力光谱、X射线衍射光谱等新技术在研究多糖结构上的应用,以及多糖在调节免疫、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗辐射、降血糖、降血脂等生物活性方面的研究进展进行了综述,并就该领域存在的问题,以及多糖的应用前景进行了讨论与展望.

| Abstract: | The application of chemical analysis and some detective methods-mass spectrometer(MS),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE),atomic force microscope(AFM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) in polysaccharide structure analysis were reviewed in this paper.The recent progress for polysaccharides on the biological activities were also described,such as improvement of animal immunity ability,antivirus,anticancer,radioresistance and reducing blood-fat.Some suggestions on structure and biological activities of polysaccharides were put forward to improve the research in the near future. |
