磁化水处理大豆·玉米和水稻种子的生物学效应

目的]探讨低磁化水对种子萌发的影响。方法]玉米、大豆、水稻种子在磁化0、0.5、1.0、2.0h的水浸泡24h后,测定了不同处理的发芽率、生长率及淀粉酶活性。结果]磁化水处理种子后,种子的萌发率明显提高,其中磁化时间为0.5h的磁化水处理种子萌发率最高。磁化水处理后大豆发芽率增幅最大,水稻的发芽率增幅最小。磁处理2.0h的水能促大豆明显生长,磁处理1.0h对玉米生长效果较好,水稻则不明显。经磁化水处理后,玉米和大豆种子内淀粉酶活性与对照相比有所提高,0.5h处理效果最好,水稻种子内淀粉酶活性则有所降低。结论]低强度磁化水对大豆、玉米、水稻有促进萌发和早期生长的作用。

Biology Effect of Magnetized Water on the Seeds of Soybean, Maize and Rice

Objective] The research was to explore the influence of low magnetized water on seed germination.Method] The seeds of soybean,maize and rice were dipped in water magnetized 0,0.5,1.0,2.0 h for 24 h,the germination rate,growth rate and amylase activity of different treatments were measured.Result] After treated by magnetized water,the germination rate of seed was significantly improved and the seed treated by 0.5 h magnetized water had the highest germination rate.Soybean had the biggest amplitude of increasing the germination rate after treated by magnetized water and rice had the least amplitude of increasing the germination rate.2.0 h magnetized water could greatly increase the growth of soybean,1.0 h magnetized water had a good effect on maize,but there was no obvious effect on rice.After treated by magnetized water,the amylase activity of maize and soybean seeds had an increase than that of CK and the treatment by 0.5 h magnetized water had a best effect,while the amylase activity of rice was decreased slightly.Conclusion] The magnetized water at low intensity could improve bourgeon and growth in early period of soybean,maize and rice.
