| 摘 要： | 该文阐述循环经济模式与传统经济模式的不同点,论述了现代农业循环经济,是建设现代农业,推进社会主义新农村建设和构建和谐社会的必然选择,并从鼓励制度创新、完善政策措施体系和加快农业结构调整,优化布局等方面提出了我国发展现代农业循环经济的思路和对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper,recycling economy and the traditional economy of different models,The article stressed that the modern agricultural cycle economy,and the construction of modern agriculture,and promote the building of a new socialist countryside and to build a harmonious society inevitable choice,in the encouraging of system innovation,maturing policy system and accelerating the adjustment of agriculture structure. |
