重庆市涪陵区实施乡村振兴战略的困境与对策研究

我国幅员辽阔,东西部地区、中西部地区、东北地区与西部地区之间经济发展水平差距较大,区县在贯彻落实乡村振兴战略过程中受制度环境、资源禀赋、发展机遇等影响存在着整体规划缺失、产业结构单一、人才流失严重等问题。针对区县发展困境,研究选取重庆市涪陵区作为研究对象,借鉴国内外乡村建设成功经验,分别从空间科学布局、产业多元融合、创新人才激励等方面着手,为区县制定更加具体可行的乡村振兴计划和推进策略。

The Difficulty and Countermeasure in Implementing the Strategy of RuralRevitalization for Fuling District in Chongqing

China has a vast territory. There is a big gap in the level of economic development between the eastern and western regions, the central and western regions, the northeastern and western regions. In the process of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization, districts and counties in Chongqing are affected by regime restrictions, natural resources, development opportunities and other factors, such as lack of overall planning, single industrial structure, serious brain drain and so on. In view of the predicament of the development of districts and counties in Chongqing, the Fuling District is taken as the research case, and the successful experience of rural construction at home and abroad is used for reference. From the aspects of spatial layout, industrial integration and innovative talent mechanism, the concrete and feasible rural revitalization plan is formulated for districts and counties in Chongqing.
