摘    要:以‘越秀’草莓为试材,探究了穴盘苗和裸根苗两种育苗方式对草莓定植成活及其生长结果的影响。结果表明,穴盘苗定植后成活率达到99.83%,比裸根苗提高13.87%;缓苗期短、长势强,定植后46 d(裸根苗现蕾期)长6片新叶,生长速率R=0.13,裸根苗长4片新叶,R=0.09;第一花序花数17.14朵,各花序总花数37朵,第一花序花数比率45.94%,分别比裸根苗提高30.84%、16.35%、11.53%;单株前期产量204.99 g,总产量549.93 g,前期产量比率37.28%,分别比裸根苗提高15.79%、4.73%、11.62%;总销售额41 987元/667 m2,比裸根苗多1 051元/667 m2;单果重降低,平均单果重14.86 g,大、中、商品果率为17.09%、17.40%、58.66%,分别比裸根苗低9.99%、12.36%、9.80%、4.51%,小果率24.17%,比裸根苗高6.76%;9月~10月中旬高温天气不利于花芽分化,穴盘苗定植后第一花序物候期较裸根苗不一致,虽然现蕾期早,但部分植株花芽分化延迟,导致花期和果实熟期均推迟。综合比较结果,穴盘苗在草莓生产中推广更有优势,若遇高温天气,可适当延迟定植。

Effects of plug seedlings and soil-bed seedlings on the growth of strawberry
Abstract:In order to clarify the effects of strawberry plug seedlings and soil-bed seedlings on growth, phenological period, yield and benefit, field production experiments were carried out. The results showed that the plug seedlings had short slow seedling stage, and the survival rate was as high as 99.83%. The plug seedlings could quickly enter the vegetative growth. The plants grew strongly, and the number of top inflorescence fruits and total fruits were large. The early yield and total yield were high, and the sales were more than CNY 1 051/667m2. However, the small fruit rate was high, and the single fruit weight and the large, medium and commercial fruit rates were lower than those of soil-bed seedlings. The vigorous vegetative growth of plug seedlings after planting was easy to inhibit the process of flower bud differentiation or flower reversal, and high temperature weather could appropriately delay the planting period. Plug seedlings were suitable for promotion in strawberry production.
