稻谷的导温系数测定方法研究*

摘    要: 稻谷的导温系数是稻谷储藏、干燥及加工过程进行基础研究、分析计算和工程设计所必需的热物性参数之一。根据Dickerson的圆筒瞬态热流法原理自制的导温系数测定仪测定了4个品种稻谷的导温系数,并与目前常用的计算法得到的导温系数值作了分析对比。结果表明,本研究中4个品种稻谷的导温系数与其含水率的关系呈显著不相关。结果也表明,本研究试制的导温系数测定仪具有一定的实际使用价值。

Abstract:Thermal diffusivity is one of fundamental parameters to study and calculate heating, cooling, drying and absorbing moisture process of paddy grains. The values, measured by the apparatus developed by ourselves based of the theory of transient heat-transfer of cylinder, was compared with the values calculated by the values of thermal conductivity, specific heat and density. The results showed that, no linear relationship existed between the moisture content and thermal diffusivities of the species paddy grains, and the apparatus developed by ourselves have the functional significance.
