不同方法对诱导甘薯现蕾开花的效果观察

采用三种方法诱导较难开花的甘薯品种红皮早开花,并对不同方法、不同砧木及处理间的诱导效果进行比较。观察结果表明:重复法和嫁接蒙导法具有普遍良好的诱导效果,嫁接法较差;砧木以茑萝诱导效果最好,牵牛次之,月光花最差;九个处理中,红/茑+短日、红/高/牵、红/高/茑和红/牵十短日等处理诱导效果较好。试验分析了温、湿度对现蕾开花的影响,并认为现蕾前十天左右的温、湿度比现蕾当时的对幼蕾分化,形成更具有重要生理意义,对影响现蕾开花的湿度范围作了较为明确界限的探讨。

EFFECTS OF VARIOUS INDUCING METHODS ON BUDDING AND BLOOMING OF SWEET POTATO

An experiment to study the effects of different inducing methods on budding and flowering of sweet potato was conducted. The results obtained were as follows:(1) In these three methods, grafting mentor and grafting+short photoperiod were better.(2) In these three stocks, Ipomoen sp. and Quamoclit sp. were better.(3) Hong/Quam. +short photo., Hong/Gao/Ipom., Hong/Gao/Quam. and Hong/Ipom. +short photo, were better among nine treatments.(4) According to the analysis of the effects of air temperature and relative humidity on budding and flowering, it was considered that the temperature and relative humidity prior to budding ten days were of more physioiogical significance than that of buddingperiod for flower buds differentiation and formation. In addition, he range of relative humidity affecting budding and flowering was discussed.
